Ryma Bielkus
Ryma is dedicated to helping individuals, families and companies create processes for healthy changes and health-supportive strategies. Her clients include individuals seeking personal growth as well as business executives and professionals who rely on her entrepreneurial expertise. Realizing the need for a change process that integrated body, mind and spirit, she created NAMO Seven Steps of Change. Her ability to be present, share dialogue, and have compassion helps people realize results in one session. Ryma established the World Health and Healing Collaborative to provide coaching services, holistic consulting, tele-classes and learning programs in health and nurse coaching.


Mike Harris
Mike is a WHHC Certified Life-Guide Coach with a degree in economics. Positive life energy & balance in mind, body, & spirit guide Mike's life. Mike explores the reality of "what's really going on", & then focuses on "what if?" rather than "how to". Coaching toward the integrated "center", Mike is uniquely qualified to empower people to take charge of troubling concerns in their lives.


Carol Klint R.N., M.S.
Carol is a Registered Nurse with a Master’s degree in Community Health Nursing. She has over 40 years experience in a variety of clinical, teaching and administrative positions. Carol was the first Executive Director of the Midwest Center for Health and Healing (now the Swedish American Center for Complementary Medicine-SACCM) in Rockford, Illinois. Throughout her career, she has concentrated in the area of Lifestyle Medicine and assisting individuals in taking responsibility for their health and well being by making healthy life style choices. Carol desires to work with individuals, especially women, who wish to incorporate Biblical principals into their personal healing journeys. Carol has completed the requirements of the World Health and Healing Collaborative coach training program. Currently, she is completing a video training course with the American Association of Christian counselors.


Mary Mitus, R.N., M.S.N., C.C.A.P.
Mary is an advanced practice nurse, a certified clinical aromatherapist, a life coach, and a holistic health practitioner. Mary successfully blends her nursing experience in healthcare administration, family practice, public health and home care with expertise in holistic health care and energy medicine. As the owner of Light Touch, she provides life coaching, mind/body/spirit health assessments, aromatherapy, Reiki, Therapeutic Touch, and light and sound tuning. Mary bases her practice on the principles of balance, harmony and wholeness and gently guides others as they move toward healing in a holistic framework. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation, West Michigan Coaching Chapter, Nurse Healers Professional Associates, Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy, and the American Holistic Nurses’ Association.


Amy Oldstein, M.S.
Amy believes that coaching is an exciting partnership that harnesses a person's highest power and potential. She helps clarify your vision and goals, strengthen strengths, build your confidence, navigate obstacles, create powerful strategies and celebrate your victories. She received her coach training through the Whole Health Coaching Institute and the World Health and Healing Collaborative and is an active member of the International Coaching Federation and Coachville, Inc. She has completed all levels of the Human Awareness Institute workshops, and she is on their staff. She has been practicing Re-evaluation Co-Counseling for 10 years and also teaches the process. Amy is a Silva Mind Control Method graduate, has completed trainings in effective communication through The Institute for Human Development and has an M.S. in Human Resource Management.


Nancy Pagan, Ed. M
Nancy is a WHHC coach, program developer and faculty who has a commitment to bringing WHHC's principles of wellness into the world. Before coming to WHHC she worked professionally as a writer, curriculum developer for the education and health industries, diversity trainer and as a computer programmer/analyst. She hold a Masters in Human Development and Psychology from Harvard University. The strength of her work lies in supporting people in discovering and integrating the healthy and whole aspects of their selves as well as befriending and learning from the shadow parts of the self. She sees all aspects of the self as good and is dedicated to bringing awareness, compassion and action into her coaching relationships.


Joan Phillips, RN, MS
Joan Phillips's health care experience involves more than 25 years of operational, administrative and consulting expertise, including extensive experience in turnaround hospitals and multi-facility manager. Her managerial experience began as a Nursing Supervisor and progressed through a Vice President/Assistant Administrator positions to CEO in a number of hospitals. These leadership positions span healthcare environments on both the east and west coasts. Prior to assuming her role as Vice President with a National Healthcare Consulting firm, Joan managed both non-profit and for-profit systems, demonstrating successful achievements in hospital turnarounds, program start-up, expansion of services and system integration. Joan is also a graduate of the WHHC Health Coach Program and utilizes many of the concepts and techniques in her leadership development and change management projects.


Mary Elaine Southard, RN, MS
Mary Elaine is a registered nurse with more than 20 years experience in the care of cancer patients and their families. She holds a graduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Cancer Nursing and a Post Masters Certificate as a Holistic Nurse Practitioner at New York University. A graduate of the World Health and Healing Collaborative Coach Training in 1998, she currently is adjunct faculty for WHHC. Her effort to integrate holistic and conventional systems has been an illuminating experience for her and she is interested in helping people make healthy changes. She is an Oncology Specialist, Holistic Health Coach, Reiki Master, Healing Touch and Flower Essence Practitioner.
